• Exploratory drilling/installation of piezometers
• Clearing, grubbing and excavation/offsite disposal of approx. 60,000m3 from mountainside and Dam abutment
• Sediment control  & treatment of groundwater & surface water
• Environmental protection to Stave River & Hayward Lake reservoir
• Dewatering/wellpoints
• Bioengineering/landscaping to upper slope
• Demolition/removal of existing log flume overhanging from Dam to Powerhouse bridge
• Permanent shotcrete retaining wall c/w tie-back anchors & lock block retaining walls
• Sheet piling
• Supply/placement of blanket fill to Dam Abutment c/w HDPE drainage piping
• Roadwork construction, watermain & storm sewer
• Supply/Installation of a 2100mm dia. Multi-Plate round structure to Dam abutment
• Construction of concrete Weir House c/w mechanical/electrical & miscellaneous metals to Dam abutment
