A slurry wall (diaphragm wall) is a cast insitu, underground wall excavated from the surface with the aid of stabilizing fluids (generally polymers or bentonite mud), constructed with contiguous elements.
No structural/permanent slurry walls/diaphragm walls have been constructed yet in British Columba. However in order for Matcon to be prepared to fulfill the future needs of our beautiful province, we are actively developing this shoring/foundation technology jointly with our geotechnical consultants.
